GO MaD, THE Music and Dance Competition, Audition and Competition Registration/Application
AUDITION AND COMPETITION REGISTRATION/APPLICATION INFORMATION
- This is an application for the competition included as part of the entertainment show entitled "GO MaD, THE Music and Dance Competition" (the "Production") which Futuresys Limited (the "Producer") proposes but does not undertake to produce. The information given by you in your application may be used in the Production should you be selected.
- You acknowledge and agree that you will abide by any and all rules, regulations, terms and conditions relating to the Application, the Production and your involvement in it (the "Rules"). You acknowledge and agree that the Rules are subject to change at any time by the Producer (whether in writing or verbally) and that you agree to be bound by the Rules at all times. You acknowledge and agree that the Producer’s decision shall be final and binding upon you at all times.
- To apply go to the webpage at GO MaD, THE Music and Dance Competition, Entry Form and follow the instructions there to apply to be in the Production.
- Any Applications made after the closing date of 20th July 2010 17th September 2010 will not be considered.
- You may apply as many times as you like. You must however, be a student of one of the participating schools listed in clause 6, and in year groups 8, 9 or 10 (years 7, 8 and 9 at time of registration) when the Production recording takes place during the next autumn term after the closing date.
- Participating Schools: Bohunt School, Liphook, Hampshire.
- The Producer, their agents and sub-contractors do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any telephone network or line, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any applications not being properly received or recorded.
- The Producer, their agents and sub-contractors cannot promise that the website will be free from errors or omissions nor that it will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. The application website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond their reasonable control. The Producer will not be liable to you or to any other person in the event that all or any part of the application website being discontinued, modified or changed in any way.
- Applicants will be selected at the discretion of the Producer and the judges whose decision will be final.
- You must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian to apply and take part in the Production.
- If requested you will provide the Producer with documentation in order to substantiate your age (i.e. birth certificate and/or valid passport).
- All personal details and/or information given in your application either in this form or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading.
- The Producer reserves the right to disqualify you if you have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information, have failed to abide by the Rules and/or are in breach of the terms hereof.
- You will not, without the Producer's prior written consent, publicise or discuss with any third party any information relating to the Production, the production team or any participants in the Production nor any other information which may come to your attention (including without limitation in relation to the Producer or otherwise) save where such information is already public knowledge. For the purposes of this paragraph only a third party shall mean any person not participating in the Production.
- You must disclose to the Producer details of any/all criminal/civil actions pending against you currently and/or served against you and/or any unspent convictions.
- You will be responsible for bringing/arranging the use of any form of equipment required as part of your act and are responsible for ensuring that such equipment is safe and/or suitable for its purposes.
- Pyrotechnics are not permitted.
- The completion of an Application does not guarantee that an Applicant will be successful. If the Producer decides to take your Application to the next stage then you will be sent an invitation to audition through your school once audition dates have been confirmed. Due to the high volume of applications received the Producer will only notify successful Applicants.
- All successful Applicants may be asked to complete further agreements / releases in the course of their involvement in the Production.
- You retain all ownership rights in your performances made as part of the Production.
- By entering this competition you and your parent or legal guardian grant the Producer a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free and transferable licence (with the right to sub-license) to use, edit, reproduce, record, modify, translate, distribute, play, perform, make available to the other users of the Producer's online services (which may include audio visual content, text, photographs, forums, advertising and other services), prepare derivative works of and to record and display your performances by any medium or method whether now known or later developed to be exercised in the Producer's sole discretion throughout the world for the full term of copyright and other rights and all renewable and extension thereof PROVIDED however that in the event of such exploitation of the performance results in a payment of any kind or nature (excluding direct advertising on www.madmusicdance.co.uk itself, the sale of tickets and the sale of merchandise for the production including but not limited to clothing and memorabilia), the net profit or use of such payment or payment in kind shall be shared equally between the Producer, the Artiste and the Artiste’s school of official enrolment at the time of such performance.
- QUERIES/COMPLAINTS

(a) Your name
(b) Confirmation of the website you have been logging onto to apply
(c) The time(s) when you applied and experienced problems
(d) The nature of the problem you experienced in applying
(e) Your tutor group/class
(f) Your school
We will then reply to your email after we have investigated the query or complaint.
